Cardio while on cycle

Just wondering what kind of cardio you guys prefer while on cycle to keep hard defined gains. Incline walking? Low intensity running? Or do you do something that gets the heart pumping a little faster i.e. HIIT. Also, how often and for how long are your cardio sessions?

All of the above. In the usmc, so every day its either combat conditioning (strength and endurance training) or (speed and agility training) or long distance running, its all gravy bro, whatever you prefer will be good to go.
 
no, in fact the muscle to gain is lean and defined. cardio while on a caloric surplus will just help keep you tight, and then i dont eat for two hours after so my HGH levels are high and targeting my fat

So I take it you dont run after weight training then? Unfortunately, due to my schedule, the only time I can get cardio in is after my workout.
 
Is the post workout meal important? Or should we stretch out the time after workouts to optimise the fat burn?
