I am currently take STAN QV 100 everyother day and working out 5-6 days a week. What i want to know is how much cardio should i be doing during this cycle. I am also on a 3200 cal diet to cut weight at the same time. Any help you be great.
diet and cardio will make u loose weight drugs will not.
also I think your problaby eating too many calories to loose weight u need to figure out how many calories you need to maintian your weight then subtact 500 claoires to loose 1 lb a week
you need to burn 3500 calories too lose 1 pound of fat.
also loosing mroe than 1-2 lbs will generally result in muscle loss
post your exact diet and I'd recommend 45-1h or cadrio 5-7 days a week
ok well if your trying to cut you don't need fruits especially late in the day.
most guy will cut carbs after say 6-7pm but definatle 3-4 hours before bed IMO.
also your not getitn enough protien you want ot eat 1.5-2.0 grams per pound of body weight usually 2.0 if oyur over 200 lbs wihch you are.
if memory serves me correctly
your first meal is only giving you 26 grams of protien
meals 4 and 5 contian 37-50 grmas of protien based on the saize of the breasts low fat and carbs depend on how it was cooked if sauces were added etc. and waht ever protien you got form the brea which will be minimal in msot cases.
anyways your eating
179 grmas of protien (I avergaed the difference between a 6 and 8 oz chicken breast)
and sholud be eating 337- 450 grams
Also post work out you need simple carbs liek dextrose a banna isn't gonna cut it try 60 grmas of dextrose and 60 grams of protien.
so in short u need more protien a better PW shake , elminate the fruit unless early in the day and limit carbs 3-4 hours before bed time
