cardio??

hey guys i was just wondering how much cardio should i be doing ? for a bulking cycle and for lean mass? right now im going to the gym eod. and doing cardio before my work outs? i do about 15-20 min on the elipical machine? what do u guys do ..or what works for u ?.. i just wanna burn fat and try to keep as much muscle

I pesonally would do it after, i would rather deplete muscle glcogen after a workout, not before. 20 minutes walking a few times a week while bulking is fine, a little more when trying to maintain, and more strenuous or high intesity cardio when cutting. I just use common sense.
 
should i be walking in a incline? and what should i get my heart rate up to ? when im on the elipical its ually aroung 180 or more..

Heart rate = way too complicated for me. I do exactly what i said i do, i walk a little when i am heavier or gaining weight, and as i want to get lighter i up the intensity.
 
Weights 1st then cardio.I do a 3 min warm up on the bike then my bodyparts for the day.
If you are bulking try to do 12-20 min on the bike,kkeps circulation plus if you keep the level high you get an unreal leg pump!!!
Started doing this 15 years ago and naturally increased my squats from 250lb for 5 up to 315 for 10 in 8 months!!!!
But to cut do 15 bike,15-20 stairclimber,15 treadmill at 2-3 incline...works for me:)
