cardio??

oks yes i understand dieting is the key to everything but i need to sort out my cardio...i need to drop abit of body fat..not a huge amount people dont consider me as "fat" but i could be abit more toned then what l am.
When should i do cardio?? my training already is...
mon, tues = weights .
wed - cardio
thur = weights ,
friday = cardio ...
sat = off
sunday = weights

can i do cardio and weights at the same time?? but when i work out l'll be going to gym on a full stomach soo can i do cardio after my weights workout? What does your cardio/workout days look like when you are all cutting??
 
or do u think i can stick to doing cardio twice in a week like i do but do it 4 longer??? i only do cardio for 30min all up
 
Personally, I do cardio 3x's a week. M, W, F. On my cardio days, I go on an empty stomach. After cardio I chug a shake before I lift. My BF has dropped since i've bumped up my cardio to 3x's a week.
 
sooo your saying you go on a empty stomach to the gym..do your cardio...then straight after you drink your shake and lift wegihts???
 
You should at least get some protein in you before doing cardio. I would make it protein only, no carbs or fat.
 
Why 2 meals?

i workout at around 1pm....i can never eat only 1 meal liek breakfest then go to the gym cause i find l dont have the energy to lift as much as i can....well after breakfest no matter what i eat i get hungry real quick fr some reason soo i have to eat somehting else after breakfest before i train..

in the mournings when im going to do cardio i jsut drink a protein shake before i leave to do cardio
