Carverelli's cruise/cut cycle... Trt test, primo enth, S4 sarms

carverelli

I am banned!
Yesterday I cut back on most anabolics to give my organs and body a little break. I've been on for about 16 weeks with 4-600 mg tren the last 8 weeks. Gains are coming much slower and I'm not willing to abuse my body any longer with these harsh compounds.
I've picked up some primo enanthate from OP and S4 from sarms search. I'll start with 250 mg testC, 600 mg primo, 125 mg deca, and 60 mg S4. My work schedule has changed recently as I've started a night shift job as a pipe fitter building a natural gas electrical generation plant an hours drive away. I leave for work @ 2:45 in the afternoon, and get home around 3am. As I get used to the hours I'd like to get my workout in after I get home early in the morning when hardly anyone in the gym. Makes it easy to use the equip I want when I want.

Stats are hard to say..I'm a Fairly big boy.
240 lbs 5-09, I'd say 20 % bf maybe a bit higher. Big everywhere though
27" quads, 48" chest, 19" arms(left arm 20" pumped flexed)

My biggest goal is to maintain my muscle while showing visible abs(6 pack). Not looking for 10% bf just yet.
I went with primo and s4 because it's less hard than the stuff I've been on and I'm wanting to get good bloodwork panel back in a couple months.
I'll be keeping a log to keep motivated and hopefully some of you can chime in with constructive criticism as I've yet to run primo or S4 as of yet. The s4 dose will be dependent on the severity of the visual side effects. I carpool and drive home in the dark so night vision is fairly important.

Supps and ancillaries so far..

Optimum nutrition optimen multi 2 tabs x2/day
1/2 mg adex ed
L- arginine 2 caps
5-10 mg cialis ed
2 caps cla
2 scoops optimum nutrition energy amino
3 grams NAC
Hcg 250iu 2x/ week

Looking forward to your seeing your progress.

I've read alot of the horror story threads about the s4 and vision issues hopefully you won't experience that. I'm a union. Pipe fitter too by trade those are long days I remember those lol and the traveling. I switched over to a power plant operator little easier on the body.

Maybe Matt can chime in and help you out:wiggle:

I celebrated the 4th of July with leg day, predominately hamstrings. It had been 3 weeks since I squatted and it showed.

1 set w/ 135 for a warmup
3x 225 x 10 reps
I add intensity if the weight seems too light by repping of doing pause reps. The last set was fairly tough, with the last 4 reps a good 2-3 second pause at the bottom.

Walking lunges are my favorite movement. They make my butt cheeks sore right where they tie in to the hams. Heavy weight using necessary to feel them either
3sets w/ 60lbs. Not sure his many steps I take but I walk about 50 feet taking big strides.

Lately I've added the seated adductor/abductor (not sure which) but my knees start out together and I spread them working thd outer glutes
3 sets

Lying hamstring curls
3 drop sets

Today 7-6 I worked back and abbreviated biceps.

HS row high bar( I alternate close grip every other workout)
2plates ES warmup
3 sets 3 plates ES x 15,12,10 reps

Pulldown with 2 handles(seperated) I use moderate weight with these but I rest one leg on the bench and take a seat on the floor. I get as many good reps as I can slowly pulling the weight down, and as I tire I let thd weight pull me off my ass then use a little momentum to yard if back down again.

HS low row.... I like these for upper middle back thickness
2 plates ES x 3 sets x12,10,10 reps

Sitting alternate dumbell curls
3 sets 40 lbs to failure

Completed workout in just under an hour then got some hottub time for my aching glutes
Eventually I'd like to get my workout in at 4am after I get off work, as equipment is readily available at that time

Really can't feel much difference from the S4 as of yet and no vision sides either.

Day off today... I checked bp for shits and dang if it wasn't high. 150/90 ! The tren should start clearing out pretty soon, and I'm off the orals. Gonna have to monitor that fairly closely. Had OHS in 2012 August and the doc has been monitoring my aorta that is enlarged. I stopped lifting heavy to keep my bp down during exercise. Really don't want to get opened up for another surgery to fix the aorta, so bp control is paramount.
Below 140/85 is where I'm comfortable ..

Chest/tris today. Upped S4 to 60 mg/day, overall mood pretty good considering s little sleep deprivation. Laid down about 3:30am- up for good about 10:30. At breakfast at 8. Total sleep was about 6 hours I'd guess.

Flat bench barbell
135x15 WU
185x15 WU
205x 10
255x 7,7,6
Right shoulder and elbows felt pretty good after WU sets, very little pain

HS wide chest decline
1 plate WU x15
2 platesES x 13,12,9

Incline db presses
3 sets w/ 75's x 13,11,8 reps
Dips w/ bodyweight x 15,13,12 reps. Got to where I couldn't lock out at the top

Tricep rope push downs/ overhead push-ups alternating sets.
3 sets ea w/ 1 drop down set
Got Er done in just over an hour. Trying to streamline workouts to accommodate my work schedule. Better to get an hour in 5 days a week than 1.5 hours 3 days a week.

Do you typically have shoulder issues?

Yes, when I lift too heavy or sometimes my right shoulder just gives me fits. I injured it 20 years ago playing softball and it's never been the same. Although I'm right handed my left side is stronger. I notice it doing dumbell work when I get towards failure, left side seems to keep going and I struggle to get the right side up.

I had fairly serious shoulder issues a few years ago and stuck to DB pressing almost exclusively for a year...that, combined with some specific rehab exercises (shoulder dislocations with a towel or broomstick, internal/external rotations with bands or cables) really helped

I think I recall that you're more of a bodybuilder than powerlifter? Correct me if I'm wrong of course...but if that's the case, maybe scrap the barbell (for pressing at least) altogether for a little while, stick to DBs and isolateral machines & see how that treats you...

That's correct SP, I'll never be oowerlifter strong so I don't care too much about pressing heavy weights. I still go moderately heavy, and try to keep from being in pain. Getting 100 lb dumbbells into position has its own share of problems too. Usually if I warm up with 2-3 sets I'll be ok. Pause reps add intensity pretty quick as well without the weight strain.

Decent leg workout today. My brother called me about 2 and wanted to w/out together. @ 3 we got started with 10 min cardio then off to the leg press sled.
3 plate warmup
4 plates x 20 reps
5 plates x 15,15,12 reps some rest pause as well( adds intensity real quick)

Linear hack press sled
2 platesES x 15,15,14 reps
Love these for the quads. I feel em from my knees all the way to my hip flexors. My hams are plenty big, just need detail in my quads

Leg ext ISO lateral

after warm up I like doing these isolated from each other. When I straighten my leg out I hold it there then do the same with the other then straighten the other one. Once the burn becomes too much to bear, set over. Took just over an hour with some bullshit time with my bro. Had a hard time walking out when it was over. Can't wait to get dees quads all cut up

NAC is for fags

Yup I know bro, only real men can do a pertetual dirty bulk and still look great! I so want to be you, you'll never know how much! Some of us have to chop chop chop to look as good as you when you're nom nom nom pizza and ice cream

Lol didn't mean to hurt your feelings don't worry you'll get there

NAC is a proven supplement to keep liver enzymes in check when using anabolics, especially orals. Your organs must be genetically altered to stay healthy with the amount and length of your tren runs.

No hurt feelings here bro I just think yur 'nac is for fags' statement as baseless and irresponsible.

I thought we were here to propagate the responsible use of AAS, that's all

Ya ok fuck "proven" I pove my own stuff 2 years ago was oooh liv52 it's so wonderful now it's considered garbage your not even using anything that can cause damage I keep seeing guys fucked up blood work my theory is all the bullshit supps promoted for bodybuilders. Do you honestly think they take 100's of bodybuilders stick them in a controlled environment feed them orals w/o nac? Then they take same guys feed them orals with nac do blood work and prove the theories? Lol I don't think so

Isn't Tylenol aka acetomeniphen liver toxic? Do you know what hospitals give patients that od on Tylenol???? NAC.... that's good enough for me bro.

And your right, I'm not taking any orals or oils that are considered liver toxic.
However, I recently came off short run with tren, dbol, deca. I ran out of nac mid cycle and I was concerned about organ health. As the tren e. clears my system the need for 1600 mg/day of nac is warranted. I will continue with 600 mg daily
