Ya down is the way the weight will move on night shift, I eat as much as I can and I drop weight, most water and whatnot.
Man, just avoid those questions altogether, just say you've upped your calories and upped carb intake, as cheesy as that sounds who gonna say otherwise if you stick to that.
Ive never ran any SARMS, wtf is up with the yellow tinting to vision? That sounds like something that isn't very good.
I hate to do it but I'm gonna cut everything off except trt test. I'm getting bloods done next week... my BP has been consistently elevated for 3 weeks. Avg has been 155/95. I'm not sure what's going on but I have to find out and get it down. If I can't find the issue myself I'll go to my doc. 6 weeks ago I drained out 2 cups of blood, so maybe I need to drain out more, but I'll let the bloodwork tell me . I stopped the s4 and now no more than 250 mg test c/week; might even go with 50 mg test prop eod.
Body weight is down around 236 that's pretty good

Great to hear you're doing lots of T.U.T. stuff - a few of my older clients are adding this to great effect, plus it's easy on the joints.
