Caught a bug while on cycle....pissing me off..

So, I am we'll into my cycle now, and WAS making some awesome gains...but about 5 days ago, I caught a stomach bug from one of my kids, and have been Sh!tting through the eye of a needle, and nauseous ever since. I am STARTING to bounce back now, but it's been almost a week since I've been able to get my ass to the gym (the idea of doing squats while I have diarrhea did not appeal to me..)

I have maintained my regular dosages, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and Caber even while I've been sick....what do you guys think? I should be good to go tomorrow, eh? (Tomorrow is my scheduled day for my Tren shot too....)

I hate being sick, but I hate not working out even more...I wanted to keep all of my levels up, so I'd be ready to go as soon as I felt better...

Right call?

Damn son, that does sound like hell! I've been on antibiotics for a sinus infection & haven't missed a beat on injections & Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosing, but I've only had too miss a couple days in the gym.

Go for it. Just listen to your body, if you feel weak, it's OK to lift lighter than usual. If it gets bad.... go home and rest.

Sorry you're not feeling too good. Hopefully it all goes away quickly.

do your own body weight exercises while you cant go to the gym, squat without a bar or anything, do lunches, push ups, pull ups etc... fuck it anythings better then sitting

I know how you feel man. I caught a stomach bug early in mine. Lasted 3-4 days, then had food poisoning 3 weeks later. Lifting light had to do for the days i wasnt up to par, and i never missed inj's or Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Best of luck on getting better

Nothing worse then the stomach bug on cycle just got one at the end of mine couldn't eat for a day and a half and dropped 5lbs. Made it back after but then the next week or two you can barely maintain your diet. Just listen to your body and do what you can till your 100%

I feel your pain as well. Last cycle I had a training injury to my shoulder (I think it was a slight tear to my biceps tendon where it inserts into the shoulder. Happened during incline benching. Dealt with this before so I'm pretty familiar with the feeling.) Pressing exercises were badly compromised. Back work and even non-pressing shoulder work were OK, so I soldiered on because I theorized that if AAS can speed recovery of muscle micro-damage typical of an intense weight workout, why not an injury? Apparently I was correct. I was natural for 15 years before my first cycle and I have never had a training injury (and I've had more than my share) recover this quickly. After 4 weeks, I was about 75% back to nomal chest and shoulder press weights. After 6 weeks I was 100% with another 6 weeks left on cycle.

I'd proceed according to your original plan. A stomach bug can't last much longer. If it does get some tests done. Salmonella, for example, requires antibiotics to shake.
