I have two question:
*The question is cc=ml.
*If I add 5ml of bacteriostatic water to HCG will I have 5000iu?

If you add 5ml water to 5000iu, you will have a solution of 1000iu/ml

ya u will still have only 5mls but each ml will contain 1000iu like stone said

5000iu divided by # X will give you Xiu

5000iu/10 = 500iu-p-ml
5000iu/20 = 250iu-p-ml
