Changes occur on the outside as we work hard on our diets and our bodies, day in and day out, but changes also happen inside.
The biggest change I have noticed is I look at everything differently now, from whom I spent time with, to what I placed in my mouth, I never really paid much attention to what type of environment I placed myself in.
Every second of the day, I see more changes occuring, I accept them for what they are and know its all done positively.
