Changing from 4 to 3 day routine

Hey guys I’m stepping in the ring again ONLY to train as a boxer, and I’ll be starting off with two-a-days 3 times a week. I will continue my own weight training and I’d like everyone’s opinion on how to take my 4 day routine and make it a 3 day routine. Here’s the current:

Tuesday: Shoulders/tri’s/
Wednesday: Back/traps
Saturday: Chest/bi’s
Sunday: Legs

I would like to add shoulders and tri’s to chest and move bi’s from chest to back. The thing is I dunno how many exercises for shoulders to incorporate.
 
i would do:

monday: chest and back

wednesday: legs, bi's

thursday: shoulders tri's

with shoulders i would military press and side laterals just the bread and butter

just a suggestion:)
