Hey guys, just wanted to show you my proposed routine and have it critiqued. I have been doing whole body workouts for 3 months now to strip up and have done so nicely. Current stats 29, 6"2, 90kg, 15% BF. Looking to go back to once a week for each bodypart to bulk up a bit and would like your opinion.
Will be doing 12-13 sets for major parts and 9 for arms.
What do you think? And cardio after most days as well.
Monday - Chest
Bench 3 sets
Incline Smith 4 sets
Decline 3 sets
Pec dec 3 sets
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Arms
Bicep curl 3 sets
preacher curl 3 sets
Hammers 3 sets
Overhead cable 3 sets
pushdowns 3 sets
dips on bench 3 sets
Thursday - Shoulders
Shoulder press 4 sets
Side lat 3 sets
Shrugs 3 sets
Rear delts 3 sets
Friday - Legs
Squat 4 sets
Leg extension 3 sets
Leg curl 3 sets
Cal rasie 4 sets
Saturday - Back
Seated machine row 3 sets
DB row 3 sets
close grip pulldowns 2 sets
Lat pulldowns 2 sets
