Everything that's not healthy...but I haven't had a proper scheduled cheat day/meal since November 2014. I have had a few moments where I messed up, but not an actual planned cheat day.
Right now I'm craving chocolate and peanut butter, taking a huge chunk of dark chocolate and dipping it in the peanut butter. I recently got organic peanut butter for the first time, taste so good. Just can't over-indulge right now.
And then there's hot wings, not something I could get in Japan until last year when they opened a Hooters in town. I've been twice, before my current diet. I miss hot wings.
