So im 8 weeks out from a show. I have a cheat meal or two every sunday. Lately I've been doing a few pb and j sandwiches in the morning and leann chin. Or pb and j and chipotle. One of my buddies goes to a restaurant and kills like 3 plates of pasta.
My question is would a ton of simple sugars be too much? Im thinking a bunch of french toast with a bunch of syrup for breakfast. It will be in the morning and just one meal. Will it spike my metabolism without killing the diet?
Is that too much? Shuld I stick to a big meal with not so much sugars? Like a bunch of lasagna?
Im gonna ask my trainer too see what he thinks. The french toast would be 6 weeks out, so im guessing I might not even be able to eat that big of a cheat meal 6 weeks out. I guess it depends on if im ahead of schedule or not.
