Doing great, thanks for asking and hope you are doing great also. This was last nights work out...I am still getting stronger, which I pretty much expected as everything I read said you keep your gains.
Hack squats - 2 x 90 x 6, 2 x 95 x 6
Stiff deads - 3 x 125 x 6
BB flat bench - 1 x 85 x 6, 2 x 95 x 4, 1 x 95 x 10 neg.
Bent over BB rows - 1 x 70 x 6, 3 x 75 x 6
Standing military BB press - 3 x 60 x 6, 1 x 64 x 4 (felt a bit weaker in this area)
EZ bar curls - 1 x 50 x 6, 1 x 55 x 6
DB overhead extension - 2 x 30 x 6
I just keep on truckin...lol
