I have read and have been told that cheating on your diet is very important. For your Sanity as well as other reasons. Is this correct? If so when should Ibegin to cheat? How many times? (1 a week? more then once? every 2 weeks?) I heard that it shouldnt be a cheat day just a meal. What exactly does that mean? Can I have Mcdonalds, cookies, pasta, etc.? Im on my third day dieting now. I need something to look foward too. My friend said I shouldnt cheat for 3 weeks. I think I might go insane, but if that what you tell me i should do , ill do.
