Looks alright, but i'd switch up with barbell and dumbbell for your chest presses from week to week.

Also, i don't think you need lying leg curls and seated, pick one or the other.

And i see you've got straight leg deads, but i'd agree, throw in some regular deadlifts on back day.

When do you do abs?
 
Abs are done on legs day.
Have been thinkiing on the ham movements and cutting one of them out, may try it. As for SLDLs, I do them for the main mass builder, I don't do deads too often, was put off after I heard a 'twang' and couldn't move when I was deadlifting 190kilos, was virtually parallised for 5 mins, scared the shit out of me.
 
on back day I would take out one of your shrug variations and two of your rowing moves, and replace with deadlifts. and on leg day choose front squat or regular squat but not both.
 
where's the calves? did i miss it? throw those in on back or chest day. i can't do bis on the same day as chest, just me. looks semi-solid though. do abs OFTEN, if you're a guy who is interested in women - it's what they secretly look at.
