check my routine

your absolutly right firehawk and i have no doubt that they know thier shit but they seem to jump down my throat with everthing they disagree with. it pisses me off.

their not giving me their blessing but when exactly is somebody ready for a PH??
 
btw i am 46. all 4 of my kids are older than you. i been in the gym for 41 years in one aspect or another.

i didnt notice your dead lift or squat numbers.

i normally dont post my numbers but just for you i will.

6' 295ish.

bench 585
squat 805
deadlift 675 all done with strict form.

curls dont mean shit. and if you doing them correctly no way in hell you curling 105.

no one jumping down your throat. you just overly sensitive.

so we the same height and i got 120lbs on ya. hmmmmm is it possible i may know a thing or two that you dont? and oh yeah i train people for a living.

i just picked up a 15 year old kid and in one week his bench went from 135 for about 3 reps to 165 for 2 solid sets of 6. his dead lift went from 135 kicking his ass to 175 for a solid set of 5. now this is in 1 week. hes 5'9" and about 150. all i did was adjust his form. guess what he aint using m1t either.

and yes 5x5 is trash in my book. there are far better routines available.

if you happy with you results why you asking around?
 
its not the 5x5 routine that they are jumping down your throat with. keep in mind, some of us have been training for a long time. in that time you see a lot of young guys not know a thing about training and dive right into supps. Its not just your one routine you need to learn, its about training in general. you're too young and inexperienced to know what TRAINING works for you right now- its frustrating for veterans who are trying to help you.

Pullinbig...do you really think the 5x5 is trash? why is that? and for the 3rd fucking time....I KNOW YOU KNOW YOUR SHIT. and umm, if you really got that kid to increase his bench that much....you mind giving me a point or two lol.

btw, im not happy with my current results, i was proud of my gaines but i know i can do better.
 
Your day four of your routine is fucking pointless. The two main exercises you should be doing are done after a back workout and back to back of each other. The other stuff isn't too bad, i don't personally like 5x5 either but, that is just me.

and oh yeah his numbers went up that much in one week. it very common when i train someone to make huge gains in the first month or two. if i train them at the gym. online is abit more challenging but still very effective.

and on the 5x5. i have one guy i train who was on it for several months. hs gains were ok but not great .hes been on one of my routines for about a month now and has made progress in 1 month than the previous 5 on 5x5. susess is measured by weight onb the bar done wirth good form.
