Hey everyone, so this is my first time posting on here but I've been reading a lot and researching for a while. So I'm thinking about running my first cycle. A little about me. I'm 23, a little over 6' and currently weigh 198lbs around 12-13% BF. About a year and a half ago I injured my back, 2 disc herniations, L4/L5 and L5/S1. Had been lifting for about 2 years at this point. The lower herniation was really bad, 12mm lateral, which my doc said only happens 5% of the time. Needless to say, I went from a self confident, strong, martial artist, to a bed ridden sack of shit.
Had to quit my job as a kickboxing instructor and was on all kinds of pain meds just to get through the day. My docs wanted me to have surgery but I couldn't afford it, did physical therapy for about 3 months with no results, any way, about 6 months ago I decided I had enough and decided to get back in the gym, my back pain has gotten much better, but I still don't have much confidence and my strength is down. So I'm thinking about running a single cycle to jump start my training so I can feel better and more confident again.
Here's what I'm thinking, I gonna wait about a month before I start while I'm getting everything in place. During this time, I'll continue fine tuning my diet and workout routine.
I'm planning on running:
Weeks 1-10: 500mg TEST CYP
Weeks 1-10: 0.25mg LIQUIDEX EOD
HCGenerate on Cycle to keep lh elevated throughout cycle and ease PCT
PCT:
Nolvadex 20/20/10/10/10/10
Clomid 50/50/50/50
So let me know what you guys think, like I said I haven't started anything yet, not even sure if I'll do it, but if I do, does the cycle look solid?
