I am not prejudice, I am only quoting a poll done on CNN yesterday about Barry Bonds. I am of mixed ethnics, just to let you know.....

They asked the Black community if Barry Bonds lied about drug use should he be put in prison. Most said yes!?!?!
Furthermore 3/4 of Americans feel that if he lied he should be put in prison?!?!

What is more important? Sport players lying and being accountable, or the PRESIDENTS OF THE US LYING AND BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

When Bill CLinton clearly lied about "sexual relations". after all, "is", is not a word. , but nevertheless, 3/4 of American beleived that him lying had nothing to do with politics. What he did with Monica and various woman only showed to me a was an irresponsible adult with a lot of issues, and I felt that it could effect his judgement, and it did, so I do not agree, it did effect politics. Also, for congress to dictate a "not guilty" verdict clearly showed how it effected politics. All they had to do is find him guilty with no reprecussions. Instead they became a country of dictators.

So I ask, 3/4 of Americans want Barry Bonds to be put in prison if he lied about steroids.?.? Most of the black community backing this! Are we that pathetic here. The Presidents are lying to us and we say it has nothing to do with politics. When it comes to playing sports it does? Furthermore 3/4 of us want them put in jail.

Who lied more.... Clinton, Busch, Marion Jones, or Barry Bonds? Which lie is more serious. Yet 3/4 of us want to put the guy in jail that hit the ball farther if he lied? Apparently, being a 59year old and getting your dick sucked by a 20 year old and feeding her alcohol is ok compared to steroid use.

-Kind of funny that 3/4 of Americans would back Clinton and the same 3/4 of Americans want to go against a guy who can play baseball and put him in jail for lying to the same congress. The fact politicians even stuck their noses in this is unbeleivable. Worse yet, I have not herd one citizen complain about the money waisted on these investigations. If you took all the money that was spent and put it towards our gas. Wouldn't that be better?

Finally.... what Clinton did is ok?, what Barry did jail time?.....hmmm funny how 3/4 of American are fat, lazy, and non-athletic, smoking, alcoholics.... seems like this country is full of whining, spoiled, babies who are going to get a rude awakening once IRAN and PAKISTAN start really fucking with us.

My .02 (and to try and make it short ) ..Barry used anabolic steroids, that simple... and so have most athletes, but what the government has been doing from the beginning is a witch hunt and crap! It should have just been handled within MLB, unless he was distributing/selling, which he wasn't. Even though it's crap and bordering on a police state/nazi government which hunt, Barry should have owned up once confronted like the others did. This is where he fucked up and let his ego get in the way, he was put under oath AND LIED!! He should have just plead the fifth. At that point, it has nothing to do with ass. He broke the law, lying under oath to a federal grand jury. Not smart. Heres what most people are not realizing either..... When and if he took steroids, (just trying to be neutral), THEY WERE NOT BANNED IN BASEBALL BELIEVE IT OR NOT. Steroids were just recently put on the band substance list in baseball because of the argument they can't make you hit a ball better. Just farther. Natural talent cannot be replaced. So maybe he had a doctor presecribing it during that time?? If it wasn't banned and he is over 25, he could legally take them. So it is a witch hunt no matter how you look at it. I believed in the justice system until my wife went through her last custody battle for her daughter and she got served papers. At first we didn't think we had the money to retain a lawyer so she was going to represent herself "per se". Which means represent herself basically. My former family law attorney and hers told her in the courtroom she would not be allowed to speak. WHAT THE FUCK HAPPEN TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH? That blew me away. Sorry but most lawyers are sneaks and keep cases going to make more money. Its a constant circle of judges and attorneys. I used to live in Washington DC and I was a prison guard. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THERE ARE 1000's of poor black kids in DC alone that are in prison for at least 2 years for selling a gram of cocaine. In Prince Georges County alone, which boarders the DC line, I kid you not, this is happening all the time. You are wrong about the gram thing. I have seen it constantly with my own eyes. I SWEAR TO YOU. If a kid over 18 in Maryland or DC is caught distributing CDS, it is mandatory jail time if they have a public defender. THATS A FACT. Thats why I can't beleive this country. Besides, what kind of government declares war on it's own people? (WAR ON DRUGS) a corrupted one! WAR ON DRUGS AND WAR ON TERRORISM....cannot be done.
For people like us the US is a very scary place to live. I have a family and they would actually try to take them away from me for taking steroids theoretically. If I have money to defend myself with a good lawyer, I can get out of it. If I don't, who knows...its an attack on the middle class to poor class. Which is how they make all their money here. Attacking the blue collar worker. DUI's, marijuana, fines, fines, and more fines. Remember, in Florida if you are Debrah Lafay you are too pretty to go to prison? they are not going after bonds because he took steroids, they are because he committed perjury and lied under oath to a federal grand jury, plus if you had an OK lawyer and were caught taking steroids, you would get probation easily, community service ect... the gov. isnt going after steroid users, they want the dealers. barry bonds will never go to jail for taking steroids because it can not be proven, he will go to jail though because he lied under oath to the feds, thats all. just dont lie to a federal grand jury, which you probably wont, because unless you are either behind a huge drug scandal, or committ of act of terrorism, you wont see a federal jury lol

LOL, yup, I pray I never do. I don't get involved in illegal activity, but I have seen how the feds operate in the past. I have delt with illegal raids based on hearsay and was never charged because nothing was true, yet if I want to sue (hope I spelled that right) I cannot because I have no money to sue. Every lawyer I spoke to could not beleive the injustice, so I can tell you firsthand that you have not experienced how this country actually operates and I have. The feds do not follow the laws and they are as low as the criminals they arrest. They are truely a worthless organization when it comes to drugs. I wish they would shut them down. They are doing nothing about the drug problem except pretending they are. I just wish they would stop lying to us. We are stupid to them and below them.
They need to focus on real issues and quit arresting people for non-violent crimes. Thats why we have 7X as many people in prison for non-violent crimes than any other country in the world. They are putting people away for small amounts of drugs all the time. If the are distributing they go to jail. Evenif its a gram...of course, unless your rich. Thats why most of the 3/4 are black and hispanic. Terrible country when it comes to drugs. TREATMENT IS THE ANSWER, NOT JAIL.

I already tried, even my personal attorney tried to find someone. There is no federal attorney that will work on a contigency fee. Thats another problem its federal not local. This happened 5 years ago, but I even found out they didn't even have a case on me. All hearsay, and they were able to get a search warrant in 20minutes???? BULL SHIT. Than when nothing was found, it was whoops. Sorry we came in and busted your door down, stole all your comapnies inventory,($15,000.00 in supps, which they never gave back), put a gun to your families head, and didn't find a thing. Guess your innocent. OOOPS. So, I was never charged, no lawyer to take the case. Get it. Glad your hearing about all this. Its facts, and you need to know for your careeer. If you know of a federal attorney that would help me on a contigency, I would love to talk to them. I do have a solid case. Even my attourney said it, but no one can work that hard for free. THEY BREAK THE LAW, do not have to follow the constitution, and when they are wrong there is nothing you can do unless you have $250,000.00 which is what the lawyers I spoke to estimated what the costs would be for a federal attorney to take the case. No contignecy on federal cases. Even though there was never a case on me. Furthermore, becasue they stole all my supplements, my credit went bad and is still bad to this day. I consistantly told the credit card people to contact them becasue they stole it, but they still reported me to creditors. FUCK THE USA! The US made me and my opinions. They created me.
