?????? check this out.

didn't watch the video but the idea is pretty much bullshit. people who are on longer cycles tend to have their gains slow down for a number of reasons but many are their OWN fault. the longer your on cycle the harder it is to train at full intensity and eat properly but you can control those things if you really want to , the harder your on cycle the harder it is to get plenty of rest instead of going out partying/drinking/etc. , you can control those things . the longer your on cycle the closer you get to your genetic limit as people call it , you cant control that very well but its actually easier to hold gains from longer cycles than shorter ones IF proper post cycle therapy (pct) / recovery happens.
the number ONE reason gains slow on longer cycles is diet. people spend a boat load of money and time on a cycle but don't study their diet enough. heres a example with made up numbers. JIM started a cycle at 200 pounds and was eating 4000 calories , he was making good gains at the start but was stalled at 220 pounds . JIMS diet of 4000 calories was enough to grow from his original weight of 200 pounds but at 220 pounds it was JUST ENOUGH to maintain weight. as your weight goes up so does your calorie requirements if you expect to grow.
