Chest and Tricep advice

Lol rj, I'm gonna take both factors and run. 1st because I want to grow but not necessarily for competition. And 2nd because I have a weird need to understand more about these things in order to help others too.
So ima at least see how well guru's advice helps, while still trying to go heavy!
I did get 225 up for 20 last night at the end of my set. Felt good about that. Sore as hell today!

hey, go to town.

I'm not saying there isn't truth to that science, but saying the reason 95% of people don't reach their potential is because of not knowing which is the dominant muscle fiber is a bunch of bullshit.

Again, this isn't hard. To get big you have to eat big, lift big, rest big. If you don't do any one of those things, you will not grow.

and to increase size, you have to increase strength. not the other way around.

Im a bit of an old school simpleton so I tend to side with RJ on this one. I've always had success with fixed rep ranges and upping the weights gradually....since your 4 weeks into a test/deca/dbol cycle, you can up the weights faster. I always suprised myself mid cycle of the kind of jumps I could make in poundages....even if a set felt as if it was as high as I could go....I would add weight and suprisingly push/pull it up.

You may try splitting your chest and tricep work up....look slikek your only hitting 1 tri exercise after the chest routine.....maybe put chest with back, and train tri's with bi's as a change....can get more volume on your tri's directly, and they will not be fatigued from lifting chest first....so more weight can be used.

heres something to think about Frank.

if you increase 5lbs every other week, thats 130lbs in one fucking year. How many guys you know doing that? I bet NONE!!

Strength baby.

True. ANd we do work tris on Arm day which is tomorrow. And i am feeling thicker all the time. Especially now that i am in full accelerated swing.

My groin is finally feeling like i can handle a heavy load on legs again, so Saturday i will put it to the test too.

Thanks for the input fellas.
