As far as I am concerned (and chest is my best muscle group) there is little you would need to do to get the mass up, aside from those 4 exercises. They are the king's of chest! Bench, Dumbbell Bench, Incline, and Dumbbell Incline. Although you should try a little variation in the reps. Sometimes power lift, and sometimes a bit higher on the reps. Although real high reps is for sissies IMO. Maybe 12r at the very highest. I'm doing 5X5 on incline barbell right now with great results and, believe it or not, I am doing no other exercise!
