I had a herniated disc in my lower back requiring surgery and I was forced to take about 3-4 month off from training. In that time I gained a little body fat and most of it is underneath of my chest (not gyno just fat). I will be going on a lean and clean cycle within the next 2 weeks.
My question is what exercise should I be doing to target the fat in that chest area?
