As above.
During the exercise, say about after the 4th rep I get a real bad pain in the centre of my rib cage (sternum), and it hurts for weeks after whenever i go into a certain position.
Its a real shame as dips are a great tricep/peck mass builder, Ive tryed using different forms but still hurts my chest eventually.
I guess im gonna have to try correcting my form again but I doubt I will be able to work around this problem, does anyone else suffer from this kind of thing, im curious
