Chest Prob

Im 5' 7" 150 lbs Lifts are : Bench 135
AtF wide squats 225
Deadlift 315
Im a pretty skinny guy except genetics gave me strong back deadlifts seems really easy for me started at 90lb deads and every week added 20 lbs and flew to what I am now 315. But my chest is going nowhere! my routine is:

Flat Bench 8 x 3
incline dumbell press 8 x 3
weighted dips 8 x 3

and after 2 months nothing and the really weird thing is flat bench will not go up and my max is also what i do reps with. For some stinkin reason I cant do more than 135. anyone have any opinions on what i should do with my routine...BTW im all natural

Inclines and Declines and eat protein like you have never eaten before, a good rule of thumb is for every 1" you add to your measurements that takes 20-25 lbs of body weight...
 
beat the crap out of them... overtrain your chest do four exercises like flat bench press incline flyes and incline dbell press and one machine.. do as one huge circuit hit nine 9 sets of each rest like 30 sec to one min between each quad set.. do not count your reps either.. start with something that you struggle to get ten out of on each and work your way to less and less reps thorughout the sets.. IMO it works wonders when you go back to straight sets. it worked for me but everyone is different i prolly overtrained but i brought my bench up 30 lbs after one month and its a comfortable 30 lbs i dont struggle on it.. try it if it doesnt work do something else
 
guess you got that routine out of a muscle mag? =0) overtraining leads to the opposite of your results rashguy. so you didnt overtrain.
 
i didnt get it out of a mag.. i find the muscle mags worhtless.. i just kinda experimented in the gym for a while and then compiled that chest routine.. like i said every1 is different wht works for me could be negative for the next guy.. it was just a suggestion to this kid.. i don't know everything but i figure my program could help him possibly..btw pullinbig your videos are great .. nice form and you got some amazing strength.
 
thanks i was just saying that you didnt overtrain or you would not have made the nice increase. glad you enjoyed the clips. some are me and some are some others from the gym. ill be posting more in the future. getting some speed work up next.

no prob. all i ask is that when i come to your city you hook me up wiff some testosteron queen. 2" clit minimum. dep voice and lots of body hair. yum yum.
