Hey, I've begun weightlifting last september and I'm quite happy with the results. I've really only been taking protein supplements, but the workout is usually very good, and I'm changing it up every once in awhile.
My pectoral muscles are well defined however I would like to see them spread over more of my chest area... Near the bottom outside I'd like to see some improvement and I also have a big space in the middle where my solar plexus is..
I was wondering what sort of methods I can use to boost the surface area, or just keep on trucking with lifting and some supplements...
