Chest Training Help - Need to Thicken

I feel that concentraiting on doing flyes right and really stretching the muscle give the best thickness. Hell Arnold loved them and would stretch almost to the floor.
 
basicly the roco theory is do 2 work sets with alot of warm ups.so 2 nice heavy worksets and eat big!6-3 rep range flat bench works great.
 
I don't know if i'd refer to it as that . I think thre is at least 4 woreking sets in each routine I posted but PrettyRicky is right. I always count my warmup sets for a multitude of valid reasons. I rec everyone to do that.

I will give this a shot. Gotta reach my goal 315. I will post the video SOON.
