chest & tris -VS- chest & bi's

whats everyones take on this. on the same day i do chest & tris and then back and bis the nest. just wanna know what ppl think of switching it up?
 
I started back/tris and chest bis and love it.

It allows me to hit them much better, doing tris on chest day always seemed to lead to an over kill of the tris since most chest work outs hit the tris also, same for back.
 
switching up your routine every so often is a smart move. try it for a little bit and if you find it not as effective or just simply dont like it, switch it again. I have done it both as you mentioned.
 
Switching it up takes the secondary muscle out of the two excercises,
allowing you to hit your bis and tris harder.
Less volume...no overtraining
 
i feel doing tri's the same day as chest will lead to overtraining them -- same as doing bi's with back
 
I do bi's and tri's on the same day. Is that a daft idea or not? I find that my progress has been better than I expected.
