Chest twice week on juice overtraining?

hi guys im doin 450mg test prop a week,jsut a question if i do chest on mondays and thursdays do you think its overtraining?,I mean if i hit both days hard but different excercises on each of the days.let me know your thoughts.
 
Depends on how much volume youre doing. If youre only doing 3-4 total sets each time then your probably fine. If you youre doing a bunch of sets each time then youre probably gonna end up overtrained shortly.

Balance is important. If you are dong bench 2 x a week then you need to do back 2 x a week. post a typical weeks workout.:afro:
 
on chest day i do:
incline dumbell chest press-4 sets
flat barbell bench press-3 sets
pec dec-3 sets
seated machine chest press-3 sets

so im doin a total of 13 sets all up.

I wanna do chest twice a week cos its my weakest bodypart and thought i could take advantage of the juicing for recovery.

id do different excercisers on the 2nd chest workout but prob 13 sets in total.

My proteins intake is good(gram per pound bodyweight) so do you still think it'd be overtraining?
 
Absolutely would be overtraining. 4 sets tops if youre gonna go 2x a week. Overtraining is not a muscle issue, its a central nervous system issue and steroids dont help your central nervous system recover any quicker.
