chest workout

Im a athlete and I lack in chest strenth. We have are strength test in 6 weeks could someone right me up a workout that I can use to get solid strenth gains
 
What is your current routine and what have the results been like using it? What is your split, if you are using one? How long have you been training?

tuesday-back
thursday-arms
friday-legs/shoulders

chest- barbell bench press-10x135
8x175
5x205
2x225
incline dumbell-10x60lb
8x65
6x70
4x75
weighted dips 45lb plate-3xfailure

crossovers 3x failure
 
How long have you been lifting and how long have you been using that specific routine? What have your results (i.e. strength increases) been like?

your hittin your shoulders three times per week with this setup. not good.
 
Ive bean doing this routine for about 3 months. I got good results. I had shoulder surgery in August. And lost so much strength. I missed the entire football season. And when I was able to start lifting again I was proby putting up 185. Before surgery I was around 215
