Well i want to get your guys and gals opinion on this. Im a pretty shy guy and was used to meeting chicks at school and never really got into picking up chicks or getting numbers on the party scene until recentely (first year of college.) Anyway im at this party and meet this girl towards the end of the night that was pretty damn hot, and she's being flirty and keeps giving me the "look". She also wanted me to share her drink with her, which i thought was awkward (she did not seem wasted at all.) I could tell that her and her friends were about to take off so i asked her for her number, and she then suggested that i give her my number, so i do, and she calls my phone right then and tells me shes calling it (im guessing she wanted to give me her number in a inconspicious way.) She then tells me that she normaly doesnt give her number to guys (trying to sound innocent or make me feel special?) Her and her friends then took off. Three days later i call her with intentions to ask her out on a date but i get an answering machine, so i call back and she picks up. I asked her if she remembered me and she said yes, then she says "im in my car and im running aronds, can i call you back? Well i waited but she never called me back (pretty depresed about it). Im still confused as to why this happened, all my buddies were telling me that she was way into me and so on but then this happens. Im not to good at reading women and although getting numbers has helped ease the shyness i need some further insight into why a girl would do something like this? Sorry about the story, just need some advice. I appreciate everyones help. Thanks.

I mean, she was sharing her drink and didn't even know you. Chances are, in the days after, she probably used those same skills to hook up with another guy. So when she is done with him, you may get a call, but don't answer the phone. Let this one go, she is no good. If you had been a tad more aggressive, say asked her to go somewhere for a drink or something that night, you may have gotten some. But really, you may have gotten some shit off of her that wouldn't wash off. Good luck next time, though...

girls they come they go I cannot stress that enough. It sucks..cause there are dry spells, but hey its ok cause if you just take it easy chiill w\your boys and workout and work..something will come along. YOu gotta not be so eager to meet a chick, girls dont like a guy that comes off really desperate cause it turns them off as well as makes them take advantage of yuo. My advice is this; when you least expect it yuo will meet a good chick...but like i said when u least expect it. So sit back and chill ya know.
