Cholesterol levels way high

What would you all do? Drop everything now even though cholesterol could be ok, since it's be 2 months since and I've been on a ckd deficit diet with cardio or stick it out until wendesday to find out blood results? I am already 5 days into it and my plan is to only ballast short esters for most likely 4-5 weeks from now on. Whatever you experienced users think I'll do. I do have the Chinese red yeast rice which is a statin just like the prescription drugs. I'll also be seeing doc in about 5 days and he said he'd prescribe me cholestetol meds.

Op, if I had high cholesterol you couldn't pay me to eat an egg. Much less 3 times a fuckin' day! I would probably get off the eggs and gear until I got everything in order.

A little common sense goes a long way. Sorry to sound like a dick bro.

I just thought it would be something I could do everyday while on and off to possibly help in anyway. I thought the results were interesting. You're right though, I don't need to think it could stop any serious health effects, a mind set like that could lead to poor decisions.

My point is that (jokes about sticks of butter aside) your diet isn't what jacked your cholesterol up that high, and diet modification alone is unlikely to fix it. You may be right that the prohormones are mostly to blame, but to embark on another cycle while your last data point on your lipids is so alarming seems, well, reckless. I truly wish you well and I hope your upcoming test shows some improvement.

Chinese Red Yeast Rice. Take 250mg/day. Also take it on cycle. It keep cholesterol in check. It has to be imported from China or Japan as the Red Yeast rice sold in the US has the Statins removed due to the FDA and big Pharma comanies complaining. See they dont sell lipitor and crestor etc when people can just buy Red Yeast Rice instead. You can get it off of Amazon. Hard Rhino I think is the vendor.

Just so I know...this is what your talking about right?
Amazon.com: Pure Chinese Red Yeast Rice Bulk Powder. (500G): Health & Personal Care

You suggested taking 250mg a day. However the dosage on the bag says "Take 1,200 mg twice per day"

Can you clear that up before I order.
Either way--THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS INFO.
I've been wasting my time with the Red Yeast Rice I got from Costco.

Just got some pomegrate juice, green tea, baby asprin, and pytosterols to ad to my cholesterol lowering arsenal. Pytosterols can block cholesterol absorption by up to 60% and pomegrate juice was shown to reverse atherosclerosis. Now I'm on red yeast rice, 10g fish oil, niacin, vit e, green tea, policosanol, pomagranate juice, garlic, and asprin, as well as a very healthy diet with plenty of fish. Hopefully this gets my cholesterol in check if it already isn't. I just got my bloods an hour ago...came out real slow though. There aren't really many cholesterol problems in my family genetics and none within my immediate family. The levels sure as f**k were 459 though...sucks..damn quad stack ph, never again. If my levels are good it's time to hop back on. It's kind of hard for me to picture my levels going from 459 to normal in 2 months though. Do you think that's even possible? May pomegranate juice actually do what the studies show.
