I have had bad lower/lumbar back pain since i was 14.
Due to being overweight as a kid, my back has rounded itself and my posture is all farked up (cant do lunges without loosing balance). I love training, and i don't want to be chicken legged. So Its not an option to give up doing legs.
I have not seen a physio yet, depends on what you guys think.
I got it checked out when i was 16 and the doc said that i have no cartilage, which causes it to be inflamed
The last couple weeks when i do legs (which involves usually do squats as my first exercise) my lower back gets REAL sore, it aches and aches.
I arch my back as much as i can, put my ass out, chest up, tighten my core.. try to keep my knees behind my toes as much as possible.. I have to do squats pigeon footed (pointing outwards) otherwise i cant seem to get 90 degrees.
I have tried going from doing squats into a 90 degree leg press but because the weight pushes my back into the chair, it hurts cant even leg press small amount of weight.
I cannot do deadlifts at all with olympic bar, due to my back rounding.
I can get away with box deadlifts, but rarely do them.
I get my GF to put pressure on my back for me (stand on it like an asian masseur) and it cracks like an old mans.
Current cycle:
800mg Sust
200mg Test Cyp
500mg NPP (Fast acting deca)
400mg Tren Ace
50mg ED Dbol
.5 Arimdex E3D
I was thinking Dbol could be the culprit causing back pumps, and therefore affecting my already farked back.
I dont have a problem with any other muscle groups.. Just legs causing huge back pain.
In the meantime im going to continue with doing legs, but lay off doing a heavy lift at the end of my set.
Also Adding in more abdominal work, As During this cycle my squat has gone up 40pounds and not touched abs once at all.
