I shoot 140 mg test enan into my thighs. I alternate legs. 24 to about 36 hours after the injection my leg is noticeably sore. Is this just something I have to live with?

I get a little sore but it is not bad and usually gone by next day...have you tried your delts or glutes? I alternate between these including quads, giving me six spots to pin.

If you're like me, the answer is no. I had the same issue however at the recommendation of a friend, I do this....

As soon as you pull the needle out, press on the injection site with an alcohol pad (this is most clean way) for about a minute. The reasoning this is works ( I think ) is that the blood doesnt have a chance to pool into the muscle.. This has drastically changed my injections.

i dont hit them anymore, only delts (front and mid delt=4 spots) and glutes.

quad shots are not worth it.

I did my quad last wednesday and was sore for the next two days then it went away. Thinking about moving to delt, do glutes once I get more comfortable with doing this.

being sore a little from shots is not totally avoidable, but everybody is different and and every site is different. After the shot I rub it really good and that seems to help, you could try ice. But I was in the military and had more shots than three people combined in a 5 year period, and I can tell you there wasnt one that wasnt somewhat sore.
