I currently am on Androgel from my DR. I talked with someone from palm beach life
ext. Inc. I told them it was 1% 5g once a
day.My Total testosterone level on avg.is 500ng/dl the free is 150pg/ml. I am not getting
any benefit from this. the levels are good and
where their supposed to be at my age- 47yrs
but do not feel or look the way i would like.
they recommend trying a injectable form of
testosterone of200mg/ml once a week. They
claim the androgel is just not strong enough
to make a difference. I did not ask them what kind. So i guess its probably ciponate or
enthanate. Does anyone have any recommendations. I am going to ask my fam
DR.about making this change.I am seeing a Endo for this now.
 
you will notice a diff at that dosage. from what i was told 100mg per week injectable is about what you will see on one pack of the andro a day. so you are basically doubling the dose. some docs will prescribe two packs of the andro a day... so you might just want to ask your current dr. if he is willing to do this.
 
You might want to try increasing the dosage of the Androgel so that you are in the upper 1/3 of the reference range.

If you do switch to the injectable testosterone, a few notes:

  • You can do the injections yourself rather than going into the doctor every time
  • Many physicians only do injections every 10 days or longer. This will put you on a roller coaster. You want weekly injections.
  • Enanthate or cypionate are essentially the same from a practical perspective. In the US, we tend to use cypionate.

Yes, in fact, in pharma-book it's explain han cypio was the first for of longer ester to testosterone.
but after a large use as a steroids by many atletes, every pharma have stopped to produce it.
ther's only a " european form" that was called Enanthate, that form was very very similar in all effect and sides effects, and was only a very slightly less anobolics ( in fact they are equal).

after that, cypio was only avaible from UG, and enanthate from european pharma.

recently, in an oral form, undecanoate ester have been add to testo in a stable formula. it's called estrandiol, and produce by organon in egypte.

the average dose of estrandiol is almost 40mg/day.

thus, it's produce has 40mg/pill.
 
You mentioned if i have a question, to post it in the public forum,i thought that's what this
was ? and if not how do i get there ? I thought i posted it also under anti aging or TRT
which that is what i'm relating this to.
Also how do i get rid of the questions i asked that i no longer need posted?

Get the pump 1.25g of gel day....or just double the sachets you have now a day. Hope you have benefits?
 
I went to my dr. on Monday ask to change from androgel to the inject cypionate.
He ok it . Took my blood to check my test level, waiting for the results.He said he
needs to know where its at to determine cyp doseage and how often. He said
your shot may be once a week, or every other, or could be every third week. I asked
him is this something i can do myself ? He said , NO its a controlled substance especially
TESTOSTERONE ! that's not allowed . Does anyone know if what he told me is truth ?
I did not question him on it cause i didn't know. All presciption drugs are controlled
substances maybe is it because its injectable? I know i dont have to pay everytime
i go for a shot cause i asked ! my insur. covers it . going once a week is a lot.
 
it sounds like you want to go on steroid cycles

a doctor isnt going to give you twice as much testosterone as an average healthy male produces naturally. especially just because you want to look better.
 
go with Palm Beach Life.......they will hook you up with test. it works well doing 1cc per week and using the androgel in between.

just send palm beach your blood test results and they will handle the rest

Are you familiar with palm beach ? have you delt with them before. will they contact my doc for any reason.
 
For the past three years each time i go to the DR. for anything, especially blood work i ask for copies to keep for my own health history.So i have many blood work results.Ijust
had the tests done a week ago ,pretty much everything they need is there except psa !
but i have other copies showing this i wonder how recent it has to be.
 
i never used gel ...so i cant help you out on this this one Coach
 
yeah your right u got me.....its hard not to use it lookn at ur pic..lol
