circuit traning for cutting ???

does this work well? i mean, a m,w,f routine for whole body w/ 30min cardio afterwards. maybe take some LIPO-6 also.

any suggestions?
 
once again cutting has little to do with weight training. it has all to do with nutrition/cardio. with the major emphasis on nutrition. you can cut up with zero cardio if you like while still lifting to build mass.
