Clarify difference between nolvaldex and airmidex

Have done some research but could use some clarification. Difference between nolvaldex and airmidex is that nolva just blocks the estrogen at breast tissue and airmidex lowers estrogen in blood. Is that correct?

Nolva is a Selective Estrogen-Receptor Modulator (SERM) and Arimidex is an Aromatase Inhibitor.
