CLEAN BULK critique input and review for me please

stats 22 yr old, 210lb, 5' 9" 15%bf (guessing, I have lil four pack haha)

trying to do a clean bulk, need input.

8am
1 cup oatmeal
8 egg whites
1 scoop of whey

1030am
1 turkey burger
1 cup oatmeal
1cup broccoli

1pm
1 tilapia (considering doing 2?)
1 cup oat meal
1 cup broccoli

4pm
1 turkey burger
1 cup oat meal
1 cup broccoli

630-7pm
wheat pasta with tuna
about 40g protein and 60g carb

WORKOUT WITH PWO SHAKE 40g

dinner same as 630-7pm

before bed 40g protein shake

also I am considering switching to AM workouts on empty stomach and continue same diet. Please add and input where u see fit
