i think you should focus on getting a good workout rather than using chems.

clen will help you cut fat but you'll just put it back on if you're not using a good exercise program and eating shitty. and judging by the fact that your 5'8" 146lbs you need to eat and eat right.

this isn't a short term thing bro. you wanna take all these magic supps to get hyooge and RIPPED well you're just gonna end up where you were physically, possibly with a chemical dependency (fucked up metabolism, endocrine system). Make choices for the long haul, not spring break in a week.

Fool, ur tiny, u don't need clen or aas. U need FOOD. No one on here will condone you using at that weight.

Bulking...lol

thanks, i have been eating 3k a day for last month, no crap food. also have been training using plans from bodybuilding mags etc i guess i just need to see something to boost my motivation what with my genes being shit and all. what sort of weight should i be at 5.8ft. would it really be that bad taking a bit of clen to get some definition

I would say somewhere around 170, minimum before aas. If u want ur abs to show do weighted core exercises. Ur already skinny as hell bro. U need muscle. Forget the clen. Do 30-45 min of cardio on empty stomach 3-4 days a week and start a serious strength training program. I don't know what Mag ur looking at but try day 1 chest and tris, day 2 back and bis. Day 3 rest, day four shoulders, Lats, traps, day five legs, day 6 rest, day seven rest or light training, or whatever area u feel u need to work on. Lift heavy with 2-3 sets of 6-8 reps on each exercise. Hope this helps.

matt thats the program ive been doing for last 8 months, only upped diet to 3k a month back. although i have changed exercises around every 6 weeks so i dont get used it

Then you may need to go to the doc and get ur thyroid and test levels check man. If you have really been doing this and consuming 3000 cals, you have something biologically wrong. Get it checked. Let's us know the results.

Make sure ur using free weights too. You incorporate more muscle fibers than with machines. Also nutritional timing is important.

However it sounds like u have a problem like I said previously. Get it checked bro.

Thank i will do, ive actually suspected my test as being low but wasnt sure if i was just giving myself an excuse. i do suffer from lethargy and have had tests and a sleep test just waiting for results. nutrition im 40:40:20 (C.P.F).

i have always used free weights by the way.

I'm a nutrition science grad student so inknow a little bit. Another thing to get checked for is anemia. Definitely causes lethargy etc..

But....Yeah man get test, iron count(anemia)and thyroid done. Let us know the results. Good luck to you.

Ive had test for anemia it came back negative, they only found a trait of beta thalassemia. Should i have seen a lot of gain having 3k calories per day for a month and proper workout plan (i have logged everything so i can put it up)? ive gained about 2/3lbs id say. I get 800 calories from drinking blended oats want to try increase but really struggle due to lethargy

How do you know 3k is enough? You may require 3500, hell you may require 4k. If your eating clean and working hard add 200 cals a week until you start gaining weight. You need to dial in your maintenance level then go from there.
