Yeah I know all about period and cravings hate them, but it all comes down to Will power.
My friend has a masters degree in nutrition and she gave me a diet that i swear by now. its a bit hard at first but it gets better,
The diet is basically eating every 2 - 3 hours i do 2 hours.
i wake up get to work around 7:30 eat breakfast around 8 or a little before. I either eat a cup of oatmeal,
2 scrambled eggs,
Cup of granola cereal with unsweetened almond milk,
Or sometimes I just want a fruit so I will eat a banana and peanut butter.
I always try and keep more carbs in the Am then any other time
2hrs later I would eat only a handful of nuts, half a banana, small apple, cottage cheese, or granola bar.
2hrs later I would eat lunch which is 4oz of any kind of chicken other then it being fried ( best way would be grilled or boiled) with a handful of brown rice and one veggie
2hrs later you would want and try and cut back on carbs as the day goes by so i would stick with almonds or even veggies.
I start working out at 6:15 boot camp then I also do MMA, and Brazilian jiu jiut sui.
When I get home its around 9:30 and I drink a protein shake
if you want to really loose weight I would stop eating after 7:00 for the first 2 weeks and you will see results your dinner should be similar to your lunch , but try and do no carbs at all at night. When you wake up you will crave carbs but you will be able to eat them don’t be a pig about it but just enough to get the right energy for the gym.
this might seem like a lot of food, but it you follow it strictly and are consist about it for 21 days; that is how long it takes your body to adapt to a diet and you will actually like it, of course don’t have to always eat then same for lunch salad, sometimes meats, but I would start off and do it with chicken for 2 weeks after you can switch what you eat. Never loose the routine once you have completed 21 days you can treat yourself to a dessert, or certain foods you love and get back on it.
what I like about this diet is, not only does it make you feel good, but it also speeds your metabolism up rather slowing it down and many women make that mistake of thinking about eating less and less will make them loose weight (which will no doubt, but you will gain it so much faster) changing your life style for the good is the way to go.
