Clen help!

Heyyy guys, I wanted to start clen. I am 5'3 130lbs. I workout 5 times a week, and run off about 600 calories a day, my food intake is under 1500 daily and I do admit I cheat sometimes by eating fast food. I want to lose about 10-15 lbs, I was wondering if anyone knows about how long this will take if i continue my workouts and take clen but no cheating on my diet thanx in advance.
 
That will depend on ur diet and training instensity.

I would drop the clen and just stick with the diet and training and see how it goes.
 
I tried without taking anything for a year and nothing!!! . My diet consists of 5 meals a day, meal 1 yougurt, 2 a snack like a banana, 3 steak or chicken with a cup of rice, 4 a protien bar, meal 5 steak or chicken salad with tbl spoon of low fat dressing (no eating past 7) Cardio 5 times a week up to about 600 calories and also abs everyday. Then doing arms, legs, and back on mon, wed, fri.

Your meal plan sucks. you're not eating enough. Yogurt isn't a meal. Neither is a banana. neither is a protein bar.

clen isn't magic and will not give you results unless you know how to diet properly. Honestly, Clen sucks anyway. Albuterol would be a better choice IMO. But you could lose 10lbs just by eating more quality meals throughout the day. A simple thermo would do the trick.
