Heyyy guys, I wanted to start clen. I am 5'3 130lbs. I workout 5 times a week, and run off about 600 calories a day, my food intake is under 1500 daily and I do admit I cheat sometimes by eating fast food. I want to lose about 10-15 lbs, I was wondering if anyone knows about how long this will take if i continue my workouts and take clen but no cheating on my diet thanx in advance.
