Clen/keto cycle

Stats below.

I have always been able to relatively easily gain/lose weight. However, after trying EC last August and doing some research, I'd like to expedite the process of fat loss my next cut. This would be a 4-5 week cut.

1)20mcg of clen to start, tapering up no more than 20mcg every 3 days and going no higher than 100mcg
2) 1mg ketotifen nightly
3) 5g taurine daily
4) 200-400mg potassium daily
5) heart rate/pressure monitored daily

Sound good?

Currently:
184lbs
14-16%BF
5'11"
2 years lifting
recently on TRT

experience with multiple fat burners, and EC stack.

maintenance is around 2700 calories
macros:
-1-1.2g/lb BW protein
-.4-.5g/lb BW fat
-the rest of the calories allocated to carbs

300cal surplus for bulking
500cal deficit for cutting

Saturday-hypertrophy chest/arms
Sunday-hypertrophy legs
Monday-hypertrophy back/shoulders/traps
Tuesday-100% off
Wednesday-power upper
Thursday-power lower
Friday-cardio

Lighter cardio will be added in 1-2 nights a week depending on how I'm feeling.

Ok, will be starting soon.

I've been running EC at 1 split dose a day (so total 200mg/25mg) with 50mg benadryl at the end of the day.

My beta receptors are probably fine right? Or should I wait a few days before starting the clen to let them self-upregulate?

looks good bro.. ive been on clen, Winstrol (winny) test e , t3 n aromasin..

clen 120mcg a day, 1/2 cc of Winstrol (winny) eod, 1 cc of test eth twice a week. t3 1/4cc orally ed, n 1/2 cc ed of aromasin. 1900 to 2200 cal a day. n cardio 4x a week. i was 269lbs, im 5'11..n After 22 dAYS im down to 246lbs. my bf wAS 35% it probally has went down ro 30-32% .. i hAVE like 4 weeksleft ..im trying to go down to 215-220lbs n 20%bf is my goal for now.. depending on how i look n feel i might go on another cutting cycle if not i plan on goin on a bulking cycle to gain 15lbs of muscle ...
 
GL Diesel.

For the last 7 days I've dosed:
-100mg caffeine 2x/day
-12.5mg ephedrine 2x/day
-50mg benadryl 1x/day right before bed

Are my beta-2 receptors fine from the light EC, or do they need a few days to upregulate before starting my clen/keto cycle?
 
Just finished my 21st day of clen.

120mcg daily
1mg keto nightly
400mg potassium daily
5g taurine daily

And I've had virtually 0 sides (maybe cause I'm pretty damn resistant to stims?).

Any reason why I shouldn't up it to 160mcg for the last 7 days?

You know, I thought I understood everything before starting clen/t3/keto, but when I started I felt tired when I normally am not and was laying down and taking naps. I knew benadryl made you sleepy, but didn't realize keto did as well. Was taking all three shortly after waking up. Will swap it to nightly for keto now.
 
keto or bennies daily? i have read every third week, only for that week and everday.
and i have read everyday while on.

im running 2 weeks on 2 weeks off clen
 
I wrapped up an ECA cycle 3 weeks ago.

5 week cycle, started with:
200mg Caffeine x3/day
24 mg Ephedrine x3/day
400mg WWB x3/day

Good diet, not great, steady workouts

Worked up to 400/40/800 3xday.
Dropped 5 lbs fat, started to see some visible ab definition

Started Clen/Keto today. Starting with

Clen 40 mcg/ x2/day
Keto 1mg before bed
Going to run a VERY clean diet with ample cardio. I just booked another job (General Contractor) and have a couple backpacking trips planned, so cardio is NO PROBLEM! lol
Hope to get a 5 week cycle here too. Baseline body temp is 97.2F, so we'll see how it goes.
