I'm currently working on loosing about 10 years of fat and although my diet is going well, strength is up and I'm doing 45 min of cardio 5 days a week or more I would like to speed the process up a bit.

I've never run a real cycle but I'm currently running some IGF-1 Long R (I fell like a pin cushion with 2x a day injects).
What I need is cycle info on how to run some Clen and T3 properly.
