CLEN=VERY GOOD!
I have stats almost like you (weight, bf) and i usually use clen with very good results.
I do it with moderate cardio, weight lift, and a low carb diet (lo fat also).
I combine clen also with T3 (cytomel).
The better way to take clen for me is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks on
CLEN= day 1=80, day 2=100 ,day 3 to 12=120, day 13=100, day 14=80 (mcg)
T3= Slowly increasing the dose from 10 mcg to 60 mcg, 10 mcg more ED, and decreasing the dose 10mcg ED at the end of the cycle.
This cycle works good for me, but there are on this forum a lot of wise people that can advise you better
I will advice you that perform a search, there are a lot of topics about clen, that was very useful to me.
