I have taken it many times. On average I lost about 12-15 LBS each 5 week block. I drink about a gallon of water a day so I would assume 99% of that was fat.
Thats preety impressive. I think I might give it a go I thought I would get some clen but will try some eca. just worried about the amount of caffine you have to drink.
"I" would worry more about ruining my thyroid permanently then being a little jacked on caffeine for a while.. try not to mess with clen if your not sure with what your doing
