Clenbuterol cycle

Starting clen in a week. Been dieting and down to about 12% now, it's really starting to slow down so thought I better introduce some clen to speed things up.

I've done one before doing 2wks on 2 wks off, then 2wks on. Going something like 20mg, 40mg, 60mg, 80mg, 80mg, 100mg.. etc.

Just wondering if there's a better way of doing it this time?

Also wondering if any sort of diet would be best while on it? Lower carbs be better?

I'm having 150gm carb a day, 200gm protein, 50-60gm fat
 
Im just about to start a 4 week cycle.. 60mcg - 160mcg - 60mcg.. go up 20mcg every 3 days.. i thibk with clen your only just starting to get the real effects and then you have to taper down if you only do 2 weeks.

Im trying Carb cycling atm its working a treat.
Eg.
Monday - 300g carbs
Tuesday - 200g carbs
Wednesday - 100g
Thursday - 300g
Friday - 200g
Saturday - 100g
Sunday - zero - 20g
Repeat.

Obviously i raise and lower fats accordingly with no training on carb depletion day.i found that doing the constant low carb diet i was getting a little burned out and a bit of catabolism.
