Hi, I have always been extremely fit and always danced plus other exercise then last year injury ment months and months of bed rest, this resulted in some serious weight gain. Im completely better now but i need a fairly quick fix to lose weight, about (this pains me to say) 50 - 55lbs.
My diet is good and i am starting on easy exercise again but not enough to go hard and burn enough fat.
I heard about clenbuterol and have done some research but i am still fairly clueless, my questions are, how quickly does it work? how much weight do you lose? what are the side effects? and what dosage should i take and how long for? Is there anything else i should take with it? Where can i buy it safely and securely?
Im a 5'5 female and normally i would just do a good diet and exercise, as i said before my diet is good but i am still fairly limited on the exercise thing right now, with my job alot of it is not only based on talent but looks too (as horribly superficial as that is!) but i do it because i love it and i cant work until i look fitter and healthier.
