Clicked – Transforming my body the 3J way

Used to have a few every weekend, but I haven't had a drink for around three months.

Not sure how much my drinking would have hindered weight loss. I know it would have a little, but vodka and soda isn't to bad in the grand scheme of things. The eating of garbage that comes during and after drinking... that cause cause problems
 
I'm doing ok. I find it really hard sticking to the diet on the weekends.. I usaully get drunk :(

All depends on what you want more right now.

For me, getting drunk would be bad, plus adding in tons of garbage food while I was drunk, and then the same the next day to make me feel better

I dont miss those days!
 
Day 37 and 20

I have to stick with the daily updates to make sure I am still on track. 20 days remain, so I have less than three weeks. Damn, this time went by fast.

Quick trip to the other coast of Florida yesterday, so that took away from some gym time. Back in today for some cardio, and may try for some Back.

Have been thinking about switching things around a little more over to a cleaner diet to add more muscle. I know I have been adding a little, but I may rethink my plan.

My GF told me I had an Ambien moment Friday night. Started off with some turkey sausage dipped in canola mayo, and then some fish sticks. However, being the supportive one she is, she helped me work it off with some extra cardio.... ;-)
