43 years old male 5/7 12 stone bf 12% been training for 29 years only had time off through injurys, this year my joints keep popping & clicking no pain just enoying for 12 months , any ideas tried all the supplements
Hi I don't drink fizzy drinks and probably have fish once or twice a week, I have been low dosing on test for few years now though 2ml a week would that cause any issues with popping joints?
