Hey guys:
Before starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) thought I would see outcome of using clomid. Only one month and will post up detailed labs in a few more months (will test monthly) but in general total T went from 385 to 880ish, taking 50 mg daily, half in morning and half at night.

Question: How does clomid work? I am wondering whether it makes a difference to split doseage. I know that T levels spike during early morning hours but don't know whether it makes a difference to split doseage between morning and evening or if better to take all in morning.......or all at night.

Any input appreciated.

Clomiphene binds to receptors in the hypothalamus which interfere with testosterone recognition leading to an increase in LH to try to offset the perceive deficiency.

Clomiphene has a five day half-life, I wouldn't imagine it makes much of a difference when you take the medication.

Hope this helps.
